Would you like to give love? You have to love yourself first then. You cannot give what you do not have in you. Loving yourself is the primary, most important and fundamental aspect of your life on Earth. We are all spiritual beings after all. And we were born out of love. We are the byproduct of two people who at some point in time loved each other to create you. To materialize you on Earth. You were born out of love.
Loving ourselves is a beautiful thing. We have to take care of mind, body and spirit. We have to take care of ourselves. Give ourselves the best life we can and treat ourselves to the best care. This involves eating right, exercising, feed our mind and soul with the best knowledge and energy. We have to protect ourselves from negativity. All of us individually have to be the primary reason why we do things in the first place. This might sound abstract in principle, but it is not. We believe that these things we do for ourselves first are wrong or are not for us, and that is where the problem begins. We have to be selfish and put ourselves first in everything and with everyone. If we do this, we are going to radiate and deliver loving energy to everyone around us. It sounds paradoxical right? Being selfish to love others. It is not. We can never give what we do not have in ourselves, and produce and generate love ourselves for ourselves. That is why when we have enough love to give, it radiates and affects everything and everyone around us. And that is beatiful thing.
I love myself very much. I take care of myself everyday, and as a result, I am attracting love from others too. I love my family, my wife, my son and my siblings very much. And I can say this honestly because I take care of myself first everyday. I care so much about my wife, my son, my family, and that is the reason why I am loving myself first. I am giving myself the opportunity to love and be loved. In everything I do for myself and others. I am grateful for such abundant amount of love that I have to give to others. And that is why I can confidently say that I truly love everyone who is with me in this journey. Because I love me. All of us individually are the most important beings on Earth. If you truly love everyone around you, you have to love yourself first always.
